Cerveza Vienesa con chile asados

(Vienna Ale with roasted chilies)

This brew is a take off original Mexican brewing traditions of the imported Viennese brewers brought over by Emperor Maximilian I. We made a Single Malt, Single Hop ale and spiced it up with freshly roasted Jalapeño, Poblano, dried Chipotle and Ancho peppers. The heat is just right – at the finish and in the aftertaste. It won’t light your tongue on fire, but will make you reach for that next sip.

Additional NotesOriginally brewed for Cinco de Mayo 2017, it has become an annual favorite and was a hit at this year's Ft. Walton Beach Craftathon held May 5th. We're bringing it back already just for you, our Gulf Brew fans.
