Recipe designed by Adrien Monteleone for Morgan City's Basin Brew Fest 2019, held on St. Patrick's Day. It got rave reviews, including the best compliment a homebrewer can get, “I don't know much about beer, but I want to drink this all-day-long!”
Part of our St. Street SMaSH Series of beers named after one of Lafayette's well known neighborhoods, the original used Fermentis Safale S-04 dry English Ale yeast, but we went all out for you folks at Gulf Brew and this time used the proper WLP004 – Irish Ale liquid yeast.
