March 2025 Club Meeting

Homebrew tastings start at 5:30. This is an excellent opportunity to seek feedback on your brew or just to share! (and if you like, leave an extra bottle or two as thanks for management and bar staff)

To help us manage homebrew samples, if you plan to bring anything for us to taste and offer feedback, please e-mail Adrien with the details by Noon the day of the meeting. (we’ll take derelicts and stragglers of course, but it helps to know in advance what to expect)

*SPECIAL NOTE — we already plan to sample Best of Show and other DYS member brews from Bataille as part of the meeting. Unless you have something brand new to share, please hold your brews for April.

Club business starts at 6pm, usually lasts about 45 minutes to an hour. Additional homebrew samples may be scattered throughout the meeting, or at the end.

REMINDER – Dues for 2025 are now past due. Dues paying members are eligible to participate in club events such as festivals, and have access to our loaner equipment, lending library, and new draft cleaning supplies. Dues are $35/person or $50/household, and we no longer pro-rate memberships. You can pay in-person with cash or check, or send the funds via PayPal to treasurer@deadyeast.com. (*not* .org!)

Additionally, DYS members get $1-OFF draft during the meeting!

This month we’ll meet at Adopted Dog Brewery so when we’re done with the meeting, we don’t have to drive anywhere for a bite to eat and enjoy fine Louisiana craft brew from one of our own!
