National Homebrew Day

National Homebrew day is May 6th, but we will brew at Marcello’s on April 22nd, approved by voice vote of board members present (officers plus Zeke, James, Jim, ??more??). Zeke & James informed that whiskey barrels are accessible in the future, either through Cajun Brewing, or through local rum distilleries. Cajun Brewing also offered bulk grain ordering in coordination with their regular orders as long as the result was an even pallet and no partial sacks.

Sensory Tasting Class – Jim B.

Jim – described what it is, how it works, proposed budget max of $200, we need a location, should easily be able to handle about 30 people. Will be multiple days over the course of a week.
